Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bund AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and references to “you” include it.

Bund AI provides an AI customer support agent that answers questions, takes actions through the systems you connect, and hands conversations off to your team. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or using it to send spam or harmful content.

You are responsible for the actions you configure the agent to take and for any approvals your team grants.

You retain ownership of the content you connect or upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for complying with laws that apply to your customers and their data.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or fail to pay.

The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Obhox LLC and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The AI agent can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing automated actions and approvals where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bund AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Bund AI against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.
